Shelly Unwin is an internationally published children’s author, speaker and presenter.
Shelly’s books include the narrative non-fiction picture book Blast Off!, illustrated by Ben Wood and shortlisted for the US Story time from Space Program, There’s a Baddie Running Through This Book! Illustrated by the Lego Batman Art Director, Vivienne To. And her latest book, Hello, Baby! Illustrated by best-selling children’s illustrator Jedda Robaard.
Shelly is a dynamic and inspiring presenter/workshop facilitator for K-6 students. Described as ‘effervescent’ and commended for leaving children abuzz, Shelly has made her mark in the industry for sharing her contagious joy of books. Shelly is also an advocate for reading to babies and presents talks on the benefits of reading from birth.
Her books can be found in Europe, North America and Australia. Shelly lives in Sydney with her husband, two children and crazy, cute Cavoodle – Biscuit.
