Dimity Powell loves filling every spare moment with words. She is the former Managing Editor for Kids’ Book Review and writes and reviews exclusively for children with over 30 published stories. If kids’ stories were ice cream, picture books would be her favourite flavour. She is an accredited Write Like An Author facilitator, Books in Homes Australia Volunteer Role Model, Hook Into Books Ambassador, Story City Community Mentor and G.A.T.EWAYS online and onsite presenter and is an experienced presenter, panel host and moderator at writing festivals and conferences both in Australia and overseas who believes in the transformative power of stories and the ocean although still can’t surf despite living on the Gold Coast, Australia.
