Katharine Rogers is a storyteller across multiple mediums. She has written for screen and page. She is the creator of the top-rating ABC podcast Story Salad and director of numerous television promos for ABC 2. She also directed the 20-episode Story Salad series for ABC iview.
She is an award-winning filmmaker whose short films have screened at festivals worldwide, played on Virgin In-Flight Entertainment, and had distribution to cinemas across the USA and Australia.
Her debut picture book, Cockatoo Magic, was published in 2022 and appeared on the Kids Best Seller list at Better Read Than Dead bookshop three times.
Katharine is a filmmaking tutor for Bus Stop Films, AFTRS and SF3 Festival.
